My big brother I loved my whole life. You will be truly missed. Until we see each other again somewhere over the rainbow.

Daddy, you are my favorite storyteller. You always remembered such detail that most people long forget as years pile into decades. With a twinkle in your eye, the stories were not just entertaining, but the backdrops were rich with family histories. It was truly incredible that you remembered so much. Even now, I hear you. I am amazed by how many of your memories I hold in my heart. And how many times, through so many of my own military relocations, that you were standing by the door, even at ridiculous middle of the night departure hours. Waiting to give yet another hug goodbye and those words we all say "I will miss you too". I'm so grateful that I got to "live around the corner" for a decade. That you were able to come over and stories could happen at my table. You've blessed me in so many ways; but the rich family history is by far my most favorite. Now is the moment when all those "I will miss you too" mean so much, and even the very last one, when it was so difficult for you to do... you were at the door, 4am, ready, waiting so patiently. You always understood when I couldn't stay. So Daddy, until I finally come home... I will miss you too. Always. You are my True Blue Man. Amore` & Bacci.... Teri
